Collectively, we have worked on global-scale companies, started and sold companies, led departments at the Big Four, led M&A deals, run global business units of top-10 banks, worked in government relations, and worked with some of the world's biggest brands.

Through a founders-in-residence model: experienced operators matched to problems, who step into the venture at formation with founder-grade equity. In some cases we may even take in founders at the pre-validation stage.

No. The studio co-founds and builds ventures and takes founder equity. A separate fund vehicle may follow later; it is not part of the studio today. The studio is affiliated with existing funds in certain geographies.

Studio 3 explores a range of financing options. Investors and founders can invest through traditional means. The studio also supports new-finance methods, including stablecoins, on-chain protocols that track milestones, tokenization platforms to provide ventures with wide funding options in their future, among other technologies.

Just as the term sheet gamified access to capital, we're simply making the experience standardized, open, auditable and transparent end-to-end. This is so founders can build with the reassurance capital exists and will land as promised; and so investors can be reassured that founders are vetted transparently, and funded when appropriate. Through these mechanics, we score and rank founders, investors and advisors.

We provide access to an ecosystem of industry, policy and academic incumbents and champions to catalyse ideas into seed-funded companies. Founders may also be brought in early to help validate, instead of being hired to take on validated ideas. We're also open to external ideas or projects, where we can support them properly and provide exposure to investors, potential clients, governments or co-development partners.

Domain judgment belongs inside the venture, not on a retainer bench. Advisors step in when a problem is live, with a real stake in the company that ships. Their work product belongs to that company, not to the studio.

Data is hosted where it needs to be, depending on the vertical, the project, stakeholders involved, and other requirements.

Studio 3's focus is on solutions and technology built around problems that require sovereignty, or systems that cannot evolve without sovereign controls. Due to this, many ideas on our roadmap come from our own dogfooding, and we build many systems in-house just to validate ideas securely and in true isolation.
